Swims for Teens/Adults (Red Cross Program)
Day: Monday or Wednesday
Date: Monday : January 16 - April 16
Date: Wednesday: January 18 - April 11
Time: 7 p.m. – 7:55 p.m. (basic level)
Time: 8 p.m. – 8:55 p.m. (advanced level)
Fee: $ 85
Duration: 12 sessions, 55-minute lessons
Registration will begin on Tuesday January 10 at 6 p.m. at 111 Aquatique Street. Non-residents may register on Thursday January 12 starting at 6 p.m. at 111 Aquatique Street. No registrations will be accepted by telephone.
Swim Basics: Participants are encouraged to become comfortable in the water and to increase their swimming skills
Types of techniques: Participants work closely with the instructor to identify their objectives and learning priorities. We also help swimmers improve one or several swimming styles, as well as build endurance, distance and speed. This is an ideal course for people looking to improve their swimming style to train for a triathlon or for those who would like to develop their abilities in order to take the water safety instructor program.
