Corporate Affairs Department
The goal of the Corporate Affairs Department is to continuously improve the quality of municipal services. It is also responsible for the development and implementation of the municipal strategic plan, the sector-based plans, and the annual report. Municipal planning and performance management, governance, research, innovation, policy development, and special initiatives and projects are other tasks that fall under the scope of this Department.
