Jean Gaudet is an experienced politician. Elected for the first time as a councillor in 1977, he was re-elected in May 2001 and May 2004. In May 2008, he was elected as councillor-at-large.
Mr. Gaudet is a member of the Heritage Advisory Committee, the Human Resources Committee and the Dieppe-Moncton-Riverview Communities in Bloom Committee. He is also the chair of the Toponymy Advisory Committee.

Jody Dallaire is councillor-at-large and a member of council since May 2008. She is the chair of the Accessibility Advisory Committee, the Advisory Committee on Equality between Women and Men and the Human Resources Committee.
In addition to her responsibilities as municipal councillor, Mrs. Dallaire also sits as a commissioner on the Dieppe Public Library Board and is a member of the City of Dieppe Economic Development Corporation.
Mrs. Dallaire is well known for her activities in early childhood matters. She held the position of executive director for the New Brunswick Child Care Coalition during several years. She is now president of this Coalition. She works for the New Brunswick Federation of Labour where she is responsible for communications and research. Councillor Dallaire holds a Bachelor’s degree (Major in Political Science and Minor in Economics) from St. Thomas University.
Originally from Cocagne where she grew up, Mrs. Dallaire and her husband, Eugene LeBlanc, are the parents of Mathieu and André. Leisure moments are spent doing family-oriented activities. Mrs. Dallaire also enjoys Dieppe’s walking trails and is a regular customer of the Dieppe Market where she enjoys meeting people.

A newcomer to municipal politics, Yvon Comeau was elected councillor-at-large in May 2008.
Mr. Comeau, is retired and is very active as municipal councillor. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the R.C.M.P. Volunteer Services, the Codiac Regional Policing Authority, and the D.A.R.E. Regional Committee. He is the chair of the Traffic and Public Safety Advisory Committee. |
