The official opening of the Dieppe Arts and Culture Centre (DACC) is about to take place. The public is already looking forward to participating in numerous shows and sessions that will be offered as early as next September.
The new cultural space houses a magnificent, concert hall of more than 200 seats, rooms dedicated to various arts disciplines (music, dance, pottery, painting, and sculpture), an art gallery, a conference room, a multiconpurpose room, and a commercial area. The outdoor stage is also part of the complex.
The vision is clear: The DACC will be a gathering place rooted in its environment, which ensures the outreach of Francophone and cultural vitality of the community.
Its mission includes the strengthening of the community’s cultural identity by encouraging creativity of and participation in arts and cultural activities and by facilitating the sharing of ideas between artists and arts and cultural institutions in the area.
