Codiac Transpo serves the Dieppe Public Library.

The Dieppe Public Library is located in the same building as City Hall. New Brunswick's network of public libraries exist through a partnership between the provincial government and participating municipalities.

Public libraries offer access to the provincial collection of more than 1.8 million documents (hardcopy books and ebooks, audiobooks, DVDs and other) and to programs and services including, among others, story time, public seminars, reference services, inter-library loans meeting and study rooms and public-access computers.
