	News wire Monday February 8 2010 PUBLIC NOTICE - ADOPTION OF BY-LAWS Z-8-12 & 11 (4-2009) PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Municipalities Act, the Dieppe Municipal Council intends to proceed with the adoption of the following Municipal By-Laws by reading the title and section numbers only at the Dieppe Municipal Council public meeting scheduled on Monday, March 8th, 2010  at 7:00 p.m.: ▪     By-Law No. Z-8-12 entitled “A By-Law in Amendment of the City of Dieppe Zoning By-law”    ▪     By-Law No. 11 (4-2009) entitled “A By-Law to Amend the Building By-law”    The above-noted by-laws may be viewed by any interested persons by clicking on the links above or any day, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the City Clerk’s Office at the Dieppe City Hall at 333 Acadie Avenue in Dieppe.      André Daigle Municipal Clerk City of Dieppe
