Rotary Pavilion Development Committee
Mandate
Make recommendations to City Council on improvements to the Rotary Pavilion.
Responsibilities
1. Identify community needs;
2. Review development and renovation plans to ensure that identified
needs are met;
3. Maintain dialogue with City Council on the mandate given and on
committee successes.
Membership of the Committee
The Committee will be composed of four (4) members
■ two (2) City Council members
■ the Director of the Municipal Buildings and Environment
Department (ex-officio)
■ the Director of the Community Recreation and Recreational
Facilities Department (ex-officio). |
