Interested in renting an arena, a meeting room, a soccer field or even a building owned by the City of Dieppe?

To make reservation, or for information on rental rates and conditions, call Annie Belliveau at 877-7952, by email at annie.belliveau@dieppe.ca or in person from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Community Recreation and Recrational Facilities Department at Dieppe City Hall. There are no rental fees for associations and organizations certified by the City of Dieppe.

ST-ANSELME ROTARY PARK

Rotary Lodge Rental-Closed for renovations from April 1st to December 31 2012.

Fireplace Room (max 60 people) : $51 tax included/ hour
Brunch Room (max 110 people) : $76 tax inclued/ hour
Both rooms : $570 tax included/ max 8 hours, $63 tax included/ additional hour

Reservations must be made at the Community Recreation Department. Rentals are made on a first come, first serve system. A deposit of $100 (non-refundable) must be paid within 5 working days after the date of your reservation.  The balance must be paid 10 working days before the date of the activity.  No alcoolic beverages will be permitted without a liquor license and a liability insurance of $2 million.

Here are the activities available in the park
Winter Season:  hill for sliding, skating on the pond, cross country ski trails, snowshoeing trails and sleighrides. Free public sleigh rides are offered to every Sunday from January to March from 1pm to 4pm.

Summer and Fall Season:  walking trails, big playground, picnic sites.

Private Sleighrides in the St-Anselme Rotary Park in Dieppe (January to March):
If you wish to reserve a sleighride for a family gathering, among friends or working collegues, etc. contact Annie Belliveau at 877-7952 or by e-mail at annie.belliveau@dieppe.ca . The rates are:  $115/sleighride (20 - 25 people) includes a room in the lodge for 2 hours (upon availability). A sleighride is approximately 30 minutes.
