	Ward 2 Councilors at large Ward 1 Ward 2 Ward 3 Ward 4 Ward 5 J.L. Paul LeBlanc, Councillor and Deputy Mayor 853-3974 (residence) paul.leblanc@dieppe.ca Paul LeBlanc has been the Ward 2 councillor in Dieppe since 2004. He was elected for the first time in the municipal election of May 2004 and subsequently re-elected in May 2008. He was named Deputy Mayor in 2009.   Mr. LeBlanc sits as a member of the Rotary Lodge Improvement Committee, the Non-budgeted Expenses Committee, the Human Resources Committee and the Committee of the Three Municipal Councils.    As well as his involvement in municipal politics, Mr. LeBlanc sits as a member on the following boards: Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital Foundation, Villa Providence/Villa du Repos and Théâtre Capitol Theatre Inc. He is also an active member of the board of United Commercial Travellers (UCT).   Mr. LeBlanc’s career was spent in the field of health/hospitals as a representative and sales director for various medical equipment companies.
