	Ward 3 Councilors at large Ward 1 Ward 2 Ward 3 Ward 4 Ward 5 Paul N. Belliveau, Councillor 855-2637 (residence) paul.belliveau@dieppe.ca Councillor Paul N. Belliveau represents Ward 3 since December 2005. Elected during a by-election, he was re-elected in May 2008 during the regular municipal elections. Mr. Belliveau sits as a member of the Non-budgeted Expenses Committee.  As well as being involved in municipal affairs, Mr. Belliveau is a member of the Multicultural Association of the Greater Moncton Area and the Dieppe Arts and Culture Centre. He is a director with United Way of Greater Moncton and Southeast New Brunswick, a member of the Knights of Columbus and an associate member of the Dieppe Military Veterans Association.      Originally from the region, Mr. Belliveau studied at the Université de Moncton where he obtained the following degrees: Bachelor of Administration, Bachelor of Education and Masters in Business Management.   Now retired, Mr. Belliveau worked in the public service on all levels as well as in the private sector. He also taught part-time at the Université de Moncton.
