PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe has received an application to amend Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2017).
The purpose of the proposed changes as outlined in Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2017-3) is to amend the Zoning Map from “CS” Zone (Commercial Secondary Business District) to “CR” Zone (Commercial Highway) for the properties situated on Olivier Street as shown on Appendix A-3 and to amend the parking lot design requirements to allow for the development of a commercial parking lot on said properties.
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Dieppe City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, to consider objections to the proposed amendments.
Any person may submit written objections to the Assistant Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9, no later than October 5, 2018, at 4 p.m., stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendments and these objections will be presented at the public hearing. Any person may speak for or against the written objections at the public hearing.
