Timeline for the process of amending the municipal development plan – Bylaw Z-9 (2017-5) and the adoption of a new zoning bylaw – Bylaw Z-10 (2021)
- January 11, 2021 - Council sets date for public presentation, public hearing and the date to receive the recommendation of the Planning Advisory Committee (PAC)
- January 25, 2021 - Public presentation - presentation of the proposed modifications to the municipal development plan - Bylaw Z-9 (2017-5)
- February 8, 2021 - Public hearing - presentation of the new zoning bylaw - Bylaw Z-10 (2021) with the proposed changes
- February 17, 2021 - Meeting of the Planning Advisory Committee
- February 18, 2021 - Deadline for the 30 day period after the public presentation where stakeholders may submit their comments and objections in regards to the proposed changes to the municipal development plan
- March 8, 2021 - Council receives the advice of the Planning Advisory Committee and decides to proceed with the first and second readings of the bylaws or decides not to proceed with the draft bylaws.
- March 21, 2021 - Third readings of Bylaws
- March-April 2021 - Registration of Bylaws
