Public Hearing – Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021-4)
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe has received an application to amend the Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021) of the City of Dieppe.
The purpose of the proposed amendments, as outlined in Bylaw Z-10 (2021-4) is to modify the Zoning Map from “R2” zone (Residential Two-Unit Dwelling) to “R4” zone (Residential High Density Mixed), for the land located at 63 Keith Road and identified under PID 70228465, as shown on Schedule A-4 attached hereto, to accommodate the development of a multiple-unit dwelling project.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, May 9, 2022, at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, to consider objections to the proposed amendments.
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, no later than Friday, May 6, 2022, at 4:30 p.m., stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendments and these objections will be presented at the public hearing. Any person may speak for or against the written objections at the public hearing.
