Public Hearing – Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021-5)
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe wishes to make a correction to the Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021) of the City of Dieppe.
The purpose of the proposed correction, as outlined in Bylaw Z-10 (2021-5), is to modify the Zoning Map from “CM” zone (Commercial Mixed) to “R4” zone (Residential High Density Mixed), for the land located on Chartersville Road, Murray Avenue and Bouchard Street and identified under PIDs 70405436, 70616636 and 70656657, as shown on Schedule A-5 attached hereto, in order to rectify an administrative discrepancy and restore zoning to its original state as of September 11, 2017.
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, to consider objections to the proposed amendments.
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, no later than Friday, October 7, 2022, at 4:30 p.m., stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendments and these objections will be presented at the public hearing. Any person may speak for or against the written objections at the public hearing.
