Public Hearing – Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021) – Conditional Use
Please note that the public hearing scheduled for February 13, 2023, at Dieppe City Hall, for the 452 Amirault Street project, is cancelled. The proponent has requested that the presentation of its proposal be postponed to a later date.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe has received an application for approval of a conditional use under section 59 of the Community Planning Act for the development of two multiple-unit dwellings. Said development project is proposed on the land located at 452 Amirault Street and identified under PID 70602610.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, February 13th, 2023 at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, to hear objections to the proposed conditional use.
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, no later than Friday, February 10th, 2023, at 4:30 p.m., stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendments and these objections will be presented at the public hearing. Any person may speak for or against the written objections at the public hearing.
