Public Hearing – Municipal Development Plan Bylaw Z-9 (2017-6) and Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021-1)
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe has received an application to amend the Municipal Development Plan Bylaw Z-9 (2017) and Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021) of the City of Dieppe.
The purpose of the proposed amendments, as outlined in Bylaw Z-9 (2017-6) and Bylaw Z-10 (2021-1) is to modify the Generalized Land Use Map from “Community” to “Commercial” and to modify the Zoning Map from “I” zone (Institutional) to “CE” zone (Commercial Champlain East) for portions of land located at 1536 and 1542 Champlain Street and identified under PIDs 01014760 and 70652011, as shown on Schedule A-1 attached hereto, to allow for the expansion of the existing building in order to accommodate a warehouse in connection with a plumbing business.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, February 14, 2022, at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, to consider objections to the proposed amendments.
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, no later than Friday, February 11, 2022, at 4:30 p.m., stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendments and these objections will be presented at the public hearing. Any person may speak for or against the written objections at the public hearing.
