Public Hearing – Municipal Development Plan Bylaw Z-9 (2017-8) and Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021-3)
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe has received an application to amend the Municipal Development Plan Bylaw Z-9 (2017) and Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021) of the City of Dieppe.
The purpose of the proposed amendments, as outlined in Bylaw Z-9 (2017-8) and Bylaw Z-10 (2021-3) is to modify the Generalized Land Use Map from “Conservation and Ecological Interest” to “Residential”, to modify the Zoning Map from “EC” zone (Environmental Conservation) to “R1” zone (Residential Single-Unit Dwelling), and to adjust the urban boundary for a portion of the land located at 95 Gillespie Street and identified under PID 70437942, as shown on Schedule A-3 attached hereto, to accommodate the development of a single-unit dwelling.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022, at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, to consider objections to the proposed amendments.
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, no later than Friday, March 11, 2022, at 4:30 p.m., stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendments and these objections will be presented at the public hearing. Any person may speak for or against the written objections at the public hearing.
