Public Hearing – Amendment to Zoning Bylaw Z-8-36 Conditions
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe has received an application to amend conditions relating to Zoning Bylaw Z-8-36 registered at the Registry Office under No. 33817694 on May 30, 2014, and pertaining to the property identified under PID 70510870 and located on Dieppe Boulevard. The proposed amendments are to accommodate a development project consisting of two 6-storey multiple-unit dwellings with one of the proposed buildings having a portion of the ground floor dedicated to commercial use.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, to consider objections to the proposed amendments.
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, no later than Friday, February 25, 2022, at 4:30 p.m., stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendments and these objections will be presented at the public hearing. Any person may speak for or against the written objections at the public hearing.
