Public Presentation – City of Dieppe Municipal Development Plan – Bylaw Z-9 (2017)
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend Bylaw Z-9 (2017) relating to the City of Dieppe Municipal Development Plan.
The purpose of the proposed amendment as outlined in Bylaw Z-9 (2017-7) is to modify the Generalized Land Use Map from “Community” to “Residential” for portions of land located at 1536 and 1542 Champlain Street and identified under PIDs 01014760 and 70652011, as shown on Schedule A-1-9 attached hereto, to allow for the demolition of the existing building in order to develop a 4-storey, 52-unit multiple dwelling.
A public presentation will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick. The presentation will be closed to the public. It will only be accessible to the public via live stream here.
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca within 30 days of the day of the public presentation stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendment.
