Public Presentation – City of Dieppe Municipal Development Plan – Bylaw Z-9 (2017)
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend Bylaw Z-9 (2017) relating to the City of Dieppe Municipal Development Plan.
The purpose of the proposed amendment as outlined in Bylaw Z-9 (2017-8) is to modify the Generalized Land Use Map from“Conservation and Ecological Interest” to“Residential”for a portion of the land located at 95 Gillespie Street and identified under PID 70437942, as shown on Schedule A-1-10 attached hereto, to accommodate the development of a single-unit dwelling.
A public presentation will be held on Monday, February 14, 2022, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, to present the proposed amendment.
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca within 30 days of the day of the public presentation stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendment.
