Curbside Treasures
Take part in this event and free up space at home or find yourself a treasure! The couch you no longer use, the book you have finished reading or the clothes that are too small for your children may have value for someone else. At the same time, you will also be doing something to protect the environment.
When?
Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Rescheduled to Sunday in the event of rain.
A reminder that since special collections for bulky items have been discontinued, you’ll have to bring any unclaimed items back inside. However, you do have the option of leaving one large item for pick-up on clear bag collection days.
What do I do?
- Place your items in good condition at the curb in front of your property.
- Post a sign indicating that your items are free.
- Make sure that items you do not want to give away are not placed at the curb and that any items not claimed by 6 p.m. are brought back inside. You can also donate them to a community organization.
