August 12–16, 2026 | Downtown Dieppe
Free and open to everyone
Are you familiar with Fricot? It is a traditional Acadian dish made with chicken, carrots, potatoes, savory and other ingredients. Just like Dieppe’s inclusive spirit, the recipe features a blend of flavours in which each ingredient contributes to its identity while retaining its own unique character.
The Fricot Franco Festival is five days of music, laughter and Acadian culture coming together to create something greater.
