Description: The great Acadian classic, prepared just for you. A homemade broth simmered with chicken, potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions, seasoned with salted herbs and savory, then topped with tender homemade fricot dumplings. A comforting dish that celebrates the flavours of home. Served with fresh, house-made focaccia of the day.
