Try sledge hockey this winter!

Also known as para hockey, sledge hockey is a dynamic and inclusive adaptation of ice hockey. Players use specially designed sledges and sticks to move and shoot on the ice.

The UNIplex in Dieppe is equipped to host this growing sport. On the COOP IGA surface, Plexiglas boards in front of the player and penalty benches allow athletes in sledges to follow the action. The doors also provide direct, barrier-free access to the ice.

The City of Dieppe invites the public to try this sport for free.

Sessions take place on Saturdays from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m., from October 17, 2026, to March 20, 2027.

You may register for a single session or for the full program. Sledge reservations are required. To register or reserve a sledge, please contact Isabelle Lavoie at isabelle.lavoie@dieppe.ca.
