A Summer Tradition Returns: The Wednesday Show Is Back

The City of Dieppe is pleased to announce the return of the Wednesday Show, a summer concert series that has been a community favourite since 1987. Every Wednesday in July and August, starting at 6:30 p.m., Place 1604 will come alive with performances by some of our top local and regional artists. Admission is free.

Celebrating local talent

The 2026 lineup promises an exciting summer of music featuring artists such as Laurie LeBlanc, Jourdan Thibodeaux, Olivier Bergeron, La Trappe and many others. Week after week, families can enjoy performances by crowd favourites and emerging artists alike, in the spirit that has made the Wednesday Show a beloved summer tradition.

Vendors will be on site throughout the season.

“Nearly 40 years later, the Wednesday Show continues to draw a crowd. We’re proud to offer these free events, which give local artists the opportunity to perform for their community,” said Emélie Gallant, community officer with the City of Dieppe.

Free bike valet service

In addition to the performances, concertgoers can take advantage of a free bike valet service available throughout the evening. Bicycles will be monitored by staff until 9 p.m. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. There will also be prizes for those who arrive by bike.
