Public Presentation – Bylaw Z-9 (2017-14) – Municipal Development Plan

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend Bylaw Z-9 (2017) relating to the City of Dieppe Municipal Development Plan.

The purpose of the proposed amendment, as set out in Bylaw Z-9 (2017-14), is to modify the Generalized Land Use Map from “Residential” to “Commercial” for a portion of the land located at the intersection of Melanson Road and Dieppe Boulevard, identified under PID 00924241, as shown in the attached Schedule A-1-15. This amendment is intended to allow for the development of a residential project consisting of two 77-unit buildings. It should be noted that the portion of the land subject to the amendment is primarily intended for amenity space and a portion of the parking areas associated with the project.

A public presentation will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick. As the presentation will take place as part of a regular Council meeting, it will also be livestreamed on the YouTube channel at the following web address: www.youtube.com/dieppenb.

Any person wishing to do so may submit written objections to the amendment of Bylaw Z-9 to the Clerk’s Office at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, within 30 days following the date of the public presentation.
