Public Presentation Bylaw Z-9 (2017-15) - Municipal Development Plan and Bylaw Z-27 (2026) – Secondary Plan

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend Bylaw Z-9 (2017) relating to the City of Dieppe Municipal Development Plan and to proceed with the adoption of Bylaw Z-27 (2026) respecting the Dieppe South Secondary Plan.

The proposed amendment to Bylaw Z-9 is intended to provide for the preparation and adoption of a secondary plan within the Municipal Development Plan, update the principles relating to the extension of Dieppe Boulevard, and amend the Generalized Land Use Map to identify the area affected by the Dieppe South Secondary Plan, as shown in attached Schedule A-1.

The proposed new bylaw, namely Bylaw Z-27 (2026) respecting the adoption of the Dieppe South Secondary Plan, establishes a vision for the future development of the affected area, south of LeBlanc Road, including the extension of Dieppe Boulevard.

A public presentation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick. As the presentation will take place as part of a regular Council meeting, it will also be livestreamed on the YouTube channel at the following web address: www.youtube.com/dieppenb.

Any person wishing to do so may submit written objections to the amendment of Bylaw Z-9 and the adoption of Bylaw Z-27 (2026) to the Clerk’s Office at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, within 30 days following the date of the public presentation.
