Spooky Fun Awaits in Dieppe October 23 and 24
The City of Dieppe invites everyone to Halloween at the Park on Friday, October 23, from 5 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, October 24, from 1 to 9 p.m. This free event takes place at Rotary St-Anselme Park.
Haunted trails
Visitors can explore a decorated family-friendly trail and a haunted trail designed for the brave at heart. Anyone planning to explore the family-friendly trail after 7 p.m. is encouraged to bring a flashlight. Live music, a campfire and food vendors will add to the festivities. The BarBu bar will also be open for the occasion.
Trunk-or-Treat
On Saturday, from 2 to 4 p.m. (or while supplies last), Trunk-or-Treat will give children a chance to collect treats in a more accessible setting. Inspired by the trunk-or-treat concept, this activity will bring decorated vehicles together in the Rotary St-Anselme Park parking lot to make it easier for children to collect candy, particularly those with mobility challenges.
An accessible Halloween on October 31
On Saturday, October 31, the City encourages residents to make the places where they hand out candy more accessible so that all children can fully enjoy trick-or-treating. Anyone wishing to participate can add their address to the map of locations accessible to children with disabilities, neurodivergent children, and children with allergies.
