Recreational facilities and City Hall closure

DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents that non-essential services will be suspended as of 3 p.m. due to current weather conditions. City Hall and recreational facilities (Aquatic Centre, AJL and Centenaire arenas, Rotary Pavilion, skating oval, etc.), will be closed.

The Historic Doiron House will open its doors in June and promises to provide an exceptional visitor experience.
To complete the replication of decorative items from the period when Joseph Doiron and his descendants lived in the house, the City of Dieppe is asking for the public’s help to procure certain pieces of antique furniture and artifacts, dated between 1840 and 1910. Looking for photos - Centenaire Arena

In anticipation of the upcoming opening of the UNIplex and since the Centennial Arena has reached the end of its useful life, it will be closed at the end of this season.
In order to commemorate the many memories that this installation brings to the community, the City of Dieppe wishes to exhibit photos of the arena taken over the years.
The City of Dieppe is therefore looking for images of the exterior or interior building, hockey games or any other event that took place there.

Tree planting program

DIEPPE, NB — The tree planting program—which aims at making our city a greener place—is open to residents until Tuesday, March 31. This program offers mature trees at a very reasonable cost to residents who do not have trees in front of their homes.
Eligibility requirements:
- The program is intended for owners of single-family residences, duplexes or townhouses;
- One tree per residence, with a possibility of two trees for residences located on a street corner;
