Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Local Governance Act, the Dieppe City Council intends to proceed with the adoption of the following bylaw by reading a summary and the third reading of said bylaw at the City Council public meeting scheduled for Monday, February 23, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.:

The City of Dieppe invites residents and visitors to celebrate Acadian heritage during Heritage Week 2026, taking place at Doiron House from February 13 to 15, 2026. This year’s theme is intangible heritage, with a varied program combining dance, music, crafts and gastronomy.

The City of Dieppe would like to inform motorists that Acadie Avenue and Kennedy Street, between Régis Street and Kennedy Street, will be completely closed to traffic on January 18, 2026, due to a water main break.
Please note that businesses in the area will remain accessible during the work.
The City regrets any inconvenience this closure may cause and thanks residents for their patience and cooperation.
Lane reduction on Champlain Street

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Champlain Street, from the intersection of Dieppe Boulevard to 1080 Champlain Street, will be reduced to one single lane of traffic in each direction on January 15 and 16.
This lane reduction is necessary in order to allow repair work to the surface of the street.
Please allow extra travel time or consider using an alternate route when possible.
The City regrets any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates your patience and cooperation.
