Temporary Detour on Melanson Road

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Melanson Road, between Centrale Street and Bourque Road, will be completely closed to traffic from Monday, July 14 to Friday, July 18.
This closure is necessary in order to allow for work related to the construction of a walking and cycling trail. Detour signs will be in place.
The City regrets any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates your patience and cooperation as we work to improve our infrastructure.

Please be advised that there will be a regular Council meeting on Monday, July 14, 2025, at 6 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall, which can also be viewed live on the YouTube channel at the following web address: www.youtube.com/dieppenb

Lane reductions on Dieppe Boulevard

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists of intermittent lane reductions on Dieppe Boulevard, between Canaan Drive and Melanson Road, starting Monday, July 7.
These lane reductions are necessary in order to allow for microsurfacing work and will continue for the next few weeks. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.
Please allow extra travel time or consider using an alternate route when possible.
Microsurfacing consists of adding a thin layer of asphalt overtop the existing asphalt....
