After 27 years of dedicated service to our community, Mr. Yvon Lapierre is retiring. The City of Dieppe warmly invites you to come congratulate him and show your appreciation at a reception open to the general public.
Under his leadership, Dieppe has been transformed: from Dieppe Boulevard to Place 1604, the true civic and cultural heart of our city, he carried an ambitious vision: to make Dieppe a place where people love to live, work, and raise a family.

Lane Reduction on Dieppe Boulevard

The City of Dieppe wishes to inform motorists that the right-turn lane from Dieppe Boulevard onto Chartersville Road will be completely closed to traffic on Tuesday, April 21 and Wednesday, April 22, weather permitting.
A section of the multi-use trail located in the area will also be closed.
This closure is necessary to allow for the safe installation of a new street light.
The City regrets any inconvenience these works may cause and appreciates the patience and cooperation of residents.

Fermeture du chemin Melanson (15 et 16 avril 2026)

The City of Dieppe wishes to inform motorists that, due to circumstances beyond its control, Melanson Road (between Rotary St-Anselme Park and Centrale Street) will be completely closed to traffic until Thursday, April 16, at approximately 8 p.m.
This closure is necessary to allow for work on the water supply system.
The City apologizes for any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates the patience and cooperation of residents.

The City of Dieppe invitesresidents to complete the online surveyregarding the Dieppe Market expansion project, whichincludes new communityspaces and the option of a possible relocation of the public library.
This projectaims to support the development of a dynamiccivic and community hub in the downtown core, whilerecognizing the important role the Marketalreadyplays in Dieppe’seconomic, social and cultural life.
Twopreliminary architectural concepts are beingpresented.
