Lane reductions on Paul Street (August 28, 2025)

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Paul Street, at the intersection of Ste-Thérèse Street, will be reduced to one single lane of traffic in each direction on Thursday, August 28. In case of inclement weather, the work will be postponed to the following day.
These lane reductions are necessary in order to allow for asphalt work. Please note that businesses will remain accessible during construction.
Please allow extra travel time or consider using an alternate route when possible.
Temporary Detour on Melanson Road (August 27 to 29, 2025)

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Melanson Road, between Centrale and Amirault streets, will be completely closed to traffic from Wednesday, August 27 to Friday, August 29.
This closure is necessary in order to allow for work related to the construction of a walking and cycling trail. Detour signs will be in place.

Reopening of Trails in Dieppe: Caution Still Advised

The City of Dieppe wishes to inform residents that its trails are once again open for walking and cycling as of today, Tuesday, August 26. This decision follows the lifting of provincial restrictions.
While the situation is improving, conditions remain very dry. The ban on outdoor fire pits is still in effect across New Brunswick. We therefore ask residents to exercise great caution, especially when working near wooded areas or when using equipment, vehicles, or cigarettes.

Lane reduction – Olivier Street

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Olivier Street, between Paul Street and Acadie Avenue, will be reduced to one single lane of traffic on Tuesday, August 26 and Wednesday, August 27.
This lane reduction is necessary in order to allow for the installation of new water services. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.

The City of Dieppe would like to inform the public that construction work will take place as of Monday, August 25, to build Trotteurs Court (near Rufin Street) and to extend Dieppe Boulevard.
