The City of Dieppe wishes to inform motorists that a partial closure of Champlain Street will be in effect on Thursday, October 9 and Friday, October 10, 2025, weather permitting. The westbound lane (coming from Scoudouc) will remain accessible on Champlain Street. A detour will be in place for vehicles travelling eastbound via Therrien, Chartersville, and Lorette streets.
This closure is necessary in order to allow for road reconstruction work. Signage and flaggers will direct traffic.

Temporary lane reductions – Legs for Literacy race

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that there will be temporary lane reductions on the following street on Sunday, October 5 between 8 and 11 a.m.
- Virginia Avenue, only the two-lane section
- Acadie Avenue, from Virginia Avenue to Alain-Gillette Street
These lane reductions are necessary in order to allow for the “Legs for Literacy” race to take place.
The City regrets any inconvenience this closure may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration.

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that the lane reduction on Acadie Avenue, between Champlain and Olivier streets, will continue until Friday, October 10. This lane reduction is necessary to carry out work on the water and sewer system, in connection with the reconstruction of St-Laurent Street.
