Traffic changes – Champlain/Acadie intersection

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists of lane reductions on Champlain Street and Acadie Avenue on Wednesday, November 26. In case of inclement weather, the work will be postponed to the following day.
These lane reductions are necessary for work on private telecommunications infrastructure in the area. Signage and flaggers will direct traffic.

Dieppe Adopts 2026 Budget: Stability for Residents and Responsible Investments

Dieppe City Council adopted its 2026 operating budgets totalling $106.1 million at its public meeting on November 24. Of that amount, $89.6 million is allocated to the general operating budget and $16.6 million to the water and sewer operating budget.
Council also adopted its capital budgets: $38.6 million for the general capital budget and $13.9 million for the water and sewer capital budget.
The annual water and sewer bill remains unchanged from 2020 at $948.

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that there will be temporary road closures on the following streets on Saturday, November 22 between 4 and 8 p.m.
- Champlain Street, from Wheeler Boulevard (Moncton) to Acadie Avenue
- Paul Street, from Champlain Street to Olivier Street
- Virginia Avenue, only the one-lane section
These road closures are necessary in order to allow for the Santa Claus Parade to take place.

Fun on Ice returns at Place 1604

The Fun on Ice series returns to Place 1604 on Friday evenings from December 5, 2025, to February 27, 2026 (except December 26), from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. These skating sessions are free and open to all.
Each week, the outdoor skating oval comes alive with a special theme. Skaters can enjoy music, special guests, campfires and the ever-popular free hot chocolate.
