Dieppe celebrates Canada Day

Place 1604 will host outdoor family activities to celebrate Canada Day on July 1 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The official ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. with the Mi’kmaq Honour Song, followed by a purification ceremony. This will be followed by the national anthem, performed by Angélie St Amand.

Road closure – Gauvin Road

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Gauvin Road, between Marché Street and Bras-d’Or Avenue, will be completely closed to traffic starting on Monday, June 25.
This closure is necessary in order to allow for the extension of Collège Street and the construction of the modern roundabout. The closure will continue until November. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.
Motorists are encouraged to plan for longer travel times while the work is being carried out.

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Gaspé Street, between Jean-Darois and Collège streets, will be completely closed to traffic on Friday, June 22.
This closure is necessary in order to allow for work on the sewer system. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.
The City regrets any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration.
Road work – Dieppe Boulevard and Belle-Forêt Street

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Belle-Forêt Street, between Des Érables Street and Dieppe Boulevard, will be closed to traffic until Friday, July 13, inclusively. Dieppe Boulevard, between Melanson Road and Belle-Forêt Street will also be completely closed to traffic on the same dates.
This closure is necessary to continue work to the roundabout at the intersection of Dieppe Boulevard and Belle-Forêt Street. Detour signs will be in place.
