New Construction Record in 2022 for the City of Dieppe

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe has once again beaten its construction record. Up to now this year, it has issued 497 permits representing total investments of over $108 million. This beats the previous record of $101.9 million established in 2021.
Of these permits, 92 are for commercial, industrial and institutional projects authorized up to October 31, totalling investments of around $16 million, and the other 405 permits represent residential projects, for $92.1 million in investments.

DIEPPE, NB — At a reception held last Saturday during the Jeux de l’Acadie’s annual general meeting, the organization announced that Dieppe will host the Games’ 44th finals in 2025.

Temporary lane reductions – Legs for Literacy race

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that there will be temporary lane reductions on the following street on Sunday, October 23 between 8 and 11 a.m.
- Champlain Street, from the western city limits to Virginia Avenue
- Virginia Avenue, only the two-lane section
- Acadie Avenue, from Virginia Avenue to Alain-Gillette Street
These lane reductions are necessary in order to allow for the “Legs for Literacy” race to take place.
