1. DESCRIPTION
A contest is organized by the City of Dieppe (hereinafter referred to as the “City”). To enter, participants must pick up a small sheet describing five enriching experiences on June 27, 2025, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Place 1604. Participants must complete these five missions and tick the corresponding boxes (if a box is not ticked, the ballot will not be validated).
Participants must also fill in the following fields accurately (these fields are required to identify you in order to award you the prize if you win):
- Last name
- First name
- Telephone number
Finally, tick the box for the age requirement (18 years and over).
Once the form has been duly completed, it must be handed in to the person at the City of Dieppe booth.
Your entry will then be validated, and your ballot will be part of the batch of ballots eligible to win a prize.
All references to time in these contest rules refer to New Brunswick Standard Time.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to anyone attending Canadian Multiculturalism Day at Place 1604 in the City of Dieppe, New Brunswick. Contest participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Employees of the City of Dieppe and members of their immediate families, as well as companies and organizations, are not eligible to enter the contest.
To be eligible for the contest, participants must:
- Check all boxes and complete all actions listed on the entry form;
- Fill in the personal information and certify that the person is 18 years of age or older;
- Return the duly completed document to the City of Dieppe kiosk at the event for a chance to win one of two prizes.
3. SELECTION CRITERIA AND PRIZE DESCRIPTION
Two winners will be randomly selected from among all participants in a draw to be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025, before 4:30 p.m. by a City representative.
One winner will have the opportunity to win a $50 gift certificate.
A second winner will also receive a $50 gift certificate.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
A City representative will take reasonable steps to contact the winners to inform them of the terms and conditions for awarding the prizes.
In the event that the City's representative is unable to contact a winner within 30 days of the draw, the City will be released from any obligation to the unreached person.
Proof of legal age will be required prior to prize delivery.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Winners will be announced on the City of Dieppe web page (dieppe.ca/multiculturalism) by August 2, 2025.
