1. DESCRIPTION
This contest is organized by the City of Dieppe (hereafter referred to as the “City”). To enter, participants must create a snow sculpture entirely out of snow between February 3 and 5, 2023 and submit a photo of the sculpture to evenement-event@dieppe.ca by 11:59 p.m. on February 5, 2023.
All references to time in the contest rules and regulations are in New Brunswick Standard Time.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all residents of Dieppe, New Brunswick, and all participants must be at least 18 years of age.
City employees and their immediate family members, as well as companies and organizations, are not eligible. To enter, participants must create a snow sculpture entirely out of snow between February 3 and 5, 2023 and submit a photo of the sculpture to evenement-event@dieppe.ca by 11:59 p.m. on February 5, 2023.
3. SELECTION CRITERIA AND DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES
A City representative will select the winners at random from among all participants in a draw to be held before 4:30 p.m. on February 8, 2023.
- The grand prize winner will receive a one-night stay at the Wingate by Wyndham hotel in Dieppe valued at $200.
- A second winner will receive a $150 gift card from Shoppers Drug Mart.
- A third winner will receive a $100 gift card from Shoppers Drug Mart.
The prizes must be accepted as awarded. They are not redeemable.
A City representative will take reasonable steps to contact the winners to inform them of the terms and conditions associated with the prizes. If the City representative is unable to reach a winner within 30 days of the draw, the City will be released from any obligation to that individual. Proof of residence and legal age will be required before the prize is delivered.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The winners will be announced on the City’s website (dieppe.ca/wintermagiccontest) by March 30, 2023.
The draws are not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated in any way with, Facebook. You acknowledge that you are providing your information to the City and not to Facebook. By entering this series of contests, you agree to release Facebook from any and all claims.
