Amendment to the City’s Waste Collection and Disposal Bylaw

DIEPPE, N.B. - The municipality wishes to inform residents that starting October 12, green transparent bags will have to be placed in containers or bins that close with a lid.
However, bags containing only leaves or grass can be deposited directly at the curb or roadside, as per usual.
In the event of non-compliance with the bylaw, your bags will not be picked up and you will be liable to a minimum fine of $140 and a maximum fine of $1,070.

Public Consultation on Future Bus Shelters in Dieppe

DIEPPE, N.B. - The City of Dieppe is looking to finalize a plan to add shelters along its bus routes and is asking for public feedback on the proposed locations and features. To comment, simply complete the short survey available at dieppe.ca
Interested parties have until 11:59 p.m. on October 30, 2020, to fill out the survey.

Lane reduction on Fox Creek and Melanson roads

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Fox Creek Road (between Melanson and LeBlanc roads) and Melanson Road (between Fox Creek and Bourque Roads) will be reduced to one lane of traffic, from Monday, September 28 to Friday, October 2.
The lane reduction is necessary to allow for paving work.
Traffic control measures will be in place to direct motorists.
The City regrets any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration.
