DIEPPE, N.B. — From skating to swimming, the City of Dieppe will be hosting a number of family activities at its recreational facilities, pool and arenas during the week of March 7-11.
The Centennial Arena and the Arthur-J.-LeBlanc Centre are offering a special family skating schedule, as well as hockey and ringette. Tree planting program

DIEPPE, N.B. — The tree planting program to make our city a greener place is open to residents from Monday, February 15 until Thursday, March 31. This program offers mature trees at a very reasonable cost to residents who do not have trees in front of their homes.
Eligibility requirements:
- One tree per residence;
- There can be no existing trees on the land in front of the home;
- There must be sufficient space to plant the tree and to ensure it has enough space to grow;

Acadie Avenue and Amirault Street - traffic lights

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that work will be carried out to activate the new traffic lights at the intersection of Acadie Avenue and Alain-Gillette Street starting on Wednesday, February 3 until Friday, February 5, weather permitting. Some temporary lane reductions are to be expected during this work.
The lights are expected to be permanently activated on Friday, February 5.

Heritage Week

DIEPPE (N.-B.) —The City of Dieppe will be hosting two events as part of New Brunswick Heritage Week from February 8-15.
Under the theme Leadership & Legacy, the municipality will recognize four women who carved out a place for themselves in Dieppe’s history: Lucille Babin, Phyllis Comeau, Lodia Cormier and Mai Dallaire. Their contribution will be acknowledged at the Public Council Meeting scheduled for February 8 at 7 p.m.
