Planned closure at the Dieppe Aquatic and Sports Centre

DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe wished to advise the public that the Aquatic and Sport Centre will be closed from Monday, January 5, to Friday, January 16, in order to undertake repairs to the Centre’s three pools.

Adoption of 2015 municipal budget

Dieppe city council adopted its 2015 operating budgets totalling $60.1 million during a special public meeting held on December 16. Of this amount, $48.1 million will go toward the general operating budget while $12 million will go toward the budget for water and sewer.

Capital spending budgets were also passed at the meeting: $11.5 million for the general capital budget (borrowing $5.2 million) and $3.2 million for the water and sewer capital budget (borrowing $1.7 million).
