Jeanette Street closed to traffic

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Jeanette Street will be closed to traffic, between Gauvin Road and Napoléon Street, Wednesday, September 10th from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., for the installation of new municipal lateral services, weather permitting. A detour will be in place via Napoléon Street and Surette Street.

DIEPPE (NB) — A ceremony to commemorate the Battle of Britain and the efforts of the free air forces during the Second World War will be held on Sunday, September 14, at the J. Laurie Cormier Park (corner of Champlain and Tower Streets) beginning at 1:30 p.m.

Work on Industrial Street

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Industrial Street between Champlain Street and Malenfant Boulevard will be closed to through traffic on Tuesday, September 9 and Wednesday, September 10 for road work.
The detour will take place via Malenfant Boulevard and Dawson Avenue.

A voice for young Dieppe leaders

DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe is looking for young, creative leaders between grades 8 to 12 who are motivated and want to sit on the Dieppe Youth Advisory Committee.
The City of Dieppe wants to hear their concerns and vision in order to enhance their quality of life and develop the city. The committee will identify issues of interest to youth and discuss with municipal leaders to initiate change.

Opening of the L'Étoile Trail

DIEPPE, N.B. — The trail along the Petitcodiac River is now complete. The City of Dieppe cordially invites residents to its opening on Saturday, September 6, at approximately 1.5 km from the Domaine Dover Estates entrance.
The festivities begin at 10 a.m. with an official ceremony, refreshments and prizes for walkers and cyclists.
A shuttle service will also be available from the Club d’âge d’or de St-Anselme (Dover Road) beginning at 9:30 a.m.
