
Public Hearing – Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021-16)
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend the Zoning By-Law Z-10 (2021).
The purpose of the proposed amendments, as outlined in Bylaw Z-10 (2021-16), is to modify the Zoning Map from R2 zone (Residential Two-Unit Dwelling) to RHM zone (Residential Housing Mixed) for the lands located on Chartersville Road and identified under PIDs 70405899 and 00925610 (portion), as shown on Schedule A-12 attached hereto, in order to accommodate a residential project consisting of six buildings, each containing six dwelling units.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, to consider objections to the proposed amendments.
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9, or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, no later than Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendments. Any person may speak for or against the written objections at the public hearing.
