Public Presentation - Bylaw Z-9 (2017-12) - Municipal Development Plan
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend Bylaw Z-9 (2017) relating to the City of Dieppe Municipal Development Plan.
The purpose of the proposed amendments, as outlined in Bylaw Z-9 (2017-12), is to modify the Generalized Land Use Map from “Commercial” to “Residential” for a portion of the land located on Murray Avenue and identified under PIDs 70714316, 70714324 and 70718044, as shown on Schedule A-1-13 attached hereto, as well as to modify the Generalized Land Use Map from “Residential” to “Land Reserve” for the land located at 446 LeBlanc Road and identified under PID 70150230, as shown on Schedule A-1-14 attached hereto, to allow for the realignment of zoning lines in accordance with the boundaries of the aforementioned properties.
A public presentation will be held on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 7 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick. The presentation can also be viewed live on the YouTube channel at the following web address: www.youtube.com/dieppenb
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, within 30 days of the day of the public presentation stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendments.
