Public Notice - Bylaw Z-9 (2017-13) - Municipal Development Plan and Bylaw Z-10 (2021-15) - Zoning
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend the Municipal Development Plan Bylaw Z-9 (2017) and Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021).
The proposed amendments as set out in Bylaw Z-9 (2017-13) and Bylaw Z-10 (2021-15) are intended to amend the text of Bylaw Z-9 (2017) relating to the Municipal Development Plan and of Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021) respectively in order to allow and regulate up to three accessory dwelling units to single-unit dwellings in R1 and R2 zones.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, to consider objections to the proposed amendments.
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9, or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, no later than Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendments. Any person may speak for or against the written objections at the public hearing.
