Back to SearchPUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend Bylaw Z-9 (2017) relating to the City of Dieppe Municipal Development Plan.
The proposed amendments as set out in Bylaw Z-9 (2017-13) are intended to amend the text of Bylaw Z-9 (2017) relating to the Municipal Development Plan in order to allow and regulate up to three accessory dwelling units to single-unit dwellings in R1 and R2 zones.
A public presentation will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 7 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick. The presentation can also be viewed live on the YouTube channel at the following web address: www.youtube.com/dieppenb
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, within 30 days of the day of the public presentation stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendments.
