Traffic Changes and Parking Control During YQM Country Fest 2025
The City of Dieppe wishes to inform the public of upcoming traffic changes related to the YQM Country Fest, which will take place at the MusiquART site from Thursday, August 21 to Saturday, August 23.
Street Closures and Lane Reductions
The traffic changes listed below will be in effect on August 21, 22 and 23, between 10 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. Please see the attached map for more details.

Gould Street will be converted to one-way traffic, between Acadie Avenue and Collège Street, to ensure smooth circulation for emergency services, vehicles and municipal services. |
Ste-Thérèse Street |

Ste-Thérèse Street will be completely closed to traffic. Residents will still have access to their properties. |
Cousteau Street |
Modified access |
No access to Cousteau Street from Notre-Dame Street. Residents will be able to access their property from Collège Street. |
Doucet Court |
Modified access |
Residents will have access from Cousteau Street. |
Collège Street |
Full closure |
Collège Street will be closed to the public between Champlain Street and Gould Street, but will remain open for emergency services. |
Notre-Dame Street |
Full closure |
Notre-Dame Street will be completely closed between Champlain Street and Gould Street. Only pedestrians and emergency services will have access.

Full closure from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. |
Champlain Street will be closed between Collège Street and Acadie Avenue in the evenings to allow people to leave the site after the concert. Only heavy trucks and emergency services will have access. |
Public Transit
Due to the anticipated traffic in the downtown area, modifications will be made to public transit services. Detours are expected for routes 93 and 94 starting at 9 a.m. on August 21 and continuing until the end of service on August 23. Regular routes will resume at the beginning of service on August 24. UNIplex
Please note that the walking track at the UNIplex will be closed during the festival.
Parking Control
To ensure access for downtown customers and employees, security guards will be monitoring certain parking lots as shown on the attached map.
Please note that vehicles parked in prohibited areas may be towed. It is important to comply with the Parking Bylaw at all times.
