Back to SearchDIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that a new three-way stop will be installed at the Gauvin Road/Lafrance Street intersection on Tuesday, May 24. In case of bad weather, the work will be postponed to the following day.
This new stop will allow for better traffic flow on Lafrance Street for drivers coming from Champlain Street.
When approaching such an intersection, stop and yield the right of way to the vehicle already in the intersection. If you arrive at the intersection at about the same time as another vehicle, yield to the driver on your right.
The City encourages motorists to exercise caution while traffic adjusts to the change.
