Participate in the official opening of the Dieppe Dog Park

The City of Dieppe cordially invites residents to the official opening of the dog park located at 60 Copp Street. The event will be held on Thursday, August 26, starting at 6:30 p.m. to celebrate International Dog Day. The evening will begin with a ceremony, followed by a snack and games for the dogs.

Later in the evening, those interested are invited to watch the film, A Dog’s Life, on a giant screen. Projection will begin at sundown (around 8:30 p.m.) and will be in English with French subtitles.

The development of Dieppe’s first dog park is the result of a participatory budget initiative that took place in 2017. For more information on the park, visit https://www.dieppe.ca/en/vivreadieppe/parc-chiens.aspx  

The activity will be cancelled in the event of rain.
