The participatory budget will enable six community projects to take shape

It was with great pleasure that volunteers, accompanied by Deputy Mayor Ernest Thibodeau, announced the winners of the second edition of the Participatory Budgeting Project (PBP).
The PBP is a municipal initiative which allowed residents to choose how to spend a portion of the municipal operating budget. Launched in June 2017 under the theme “Transform your community!” 200 project ideas were received in the categories of active, connected, creative and green community.

Lane reduction on Champlain Street

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that there will be a lane reduction on Champlain Street, between Bras-d’Or and Industrial streets, on Wednesday, July 4. In case of inclement weather, the work will be delayed to the next day.
This lane reduction is necessary to allow for work on the sewer system.
The City regrets any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration.

DIEPPE, NB —The City of Dieppe would like to invite the public to the unveiling of the winning projects of the second edition of the participatory budget. The event will take place on Wednesday, July 4 at Place 1604 during the intermission of the Wednesday Show, at around 7 p.m.

Summer Fun at Place 1604

This summer, Place 1604 will host evenings focused on circus workshops and physical challenges. Summer Fun will be held in two sessions, July 12 and August 9, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., just before the outdoor cinema. Events will see participants challenged with various workshops where they could win participation prizes.
