Work at the pumping station in the Industrial Park

DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe will soon undertake work at the pumping station in the Industrial Park that provides drinking water to several areas in the municipality.
Residents and businesses affected by the work are mainly located to the east of Industrial, Thomas, Fortune, Lafrance, Larochelle, Bonaventure and Wilfred streets, Marc André Court and Bourque Road. Veterans ceremony to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Dieppe's Raid

DIEPPE, NB – The City of Dieppe, in collaboration with the Dieppe Military Veterans Association, will be holding a ceremony on Sunday, August 20 at Place 1604, located behind City Hall, to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Dieppe Raid, in France.
The ceremony will begin at 1:30 p.m. with a military parade paying tribute to our country’s fallen soldiers.

Road closure – Gauvin Road

DIEPPE, (NB) - The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Gauvin Road, between Marché Street and Acadie Avenue, will be completely closed to traffic starting at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, August 15 until 1 a.m. on Wednesday, August 16.

Localized boil water order

Please be advised that a water main break occurred on Amirault Street and crews are currently on site repairing the water main in question.
Properties affected are starting at 2263 Amirault Street, at 16 and 19 Léonide Street and on Raphaël, JF Bourgeois, Johanne, Vézina and Carter Streets. Properties affected will receive a boil water notice before the service is restored. The boil order will be in effect until further notice.

As stated in bylaw 78-5, the watering of lawns, gardens and plants is prohibited between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., when it is raining and for more than two hours per day. Also, residences with even civic numbers may only water on dates with even numbers and those with uneven civic numbers may only water on dates with uneven numbers.
