Pavement marking work

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that pavement marking work will take place at various intersections throughout the municipality for the next few weeks.
A reminder to be careful on the roads during the construction season. Pay attention to employee instructions and road signs, slow down and plan more time for your travels.
The City regrets any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration.

The City of Dieppe is inviting families to take part in a public consultation on its future family policy. The consultation will take place on Wednesday, May 30, at 6:30 p.m. in the lobby of City Hall located at 333 Acadie Avenue.
Since March, a working committee has been developing a family policy for the City of Dieppe in line with its objective to become a model of a healthy and wellness-focused community. The committee, composed of residents and municipal employees, is now looking for your opinion...
Notice of Public Meeting - May 28, 2018

Please be advised that there will be a regular Council meeting on Monday, May 28, 2018, at 7 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall, which can also be seen and heard on the City’s website. The agenda is available here.
Residents are also invited to attend the swearing-in ceremony of the new Councillor-at-Large, Mrs. Lise LeBouthillier. The ceremony will start at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers.
Permanent closure of the velodrome at Rotary St-Anselme Park

The City of Dieppe would like to inform residents that the velodrome at Rotary St-Anselme Park will be permanently closed and that demolition will begin on May 28.
The municipal facility, which was the result of a partnership with Canadian Cycling Association, opened its doors in July 2001. The lifespan of the velodrome was expected to be 15 years, and it provided cycling enthusiasts with 17 seasons. Over the years, the velodrome hosted four Canadian track championships.

Lane reduction on Champlain Street

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that there will be a lane reduction for westbound traffic on Champlain Street, between Paul Street and Wheeler Boulevard (Moncton), on Wednesday, May 23.
This lane reduction is necessary in order to allow for work on the natural gas infrastructure.
